Caleb Daniels
Founder & President
Caleb has over 15 years of financial services experience as a CPA. He worked within a large private equity-backed oil and gas services company that completed more than a dozen acquisitions that achieved over $850m in annual revenue. He then founded his own niche environmental consulting and construction firm which grew organically and through acquisitions over a 5-year period to become the largest in the region. He has been providing M&A advisory services full-time for the past 3 years, working on dozens of transactions with a nationally presented firm.
Michael Weisbeck
Vice President
Michael holds degrees in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, and Philosophy from the University of Minnesota and Sacred Heart. He served as the Director of Finance & Operations for an expanding 300-employee organization in Bismarck, ND, overseeing successful mergers and achieving year-over-year growth. In 2021, he founded Weisbeck Consulting, providing COO and CFO services to clients across industries, emphasizing growth and scalability. Michael’s expertise in operation reporting, business continuity, and data-driven decision-making has contributed to significant client success, including doubling revenue, expanding teams, and facilitating acquisitions.
Mike Krueger
Vice President
Mike Krueger has over 30 years of experience helping business owners achieve their goals. Mike has specific experience in enhancing enterprise value, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, and transforming business operations. Mike has been an advisor or stakeholder on 22 successful transactions and has both buy-side and sell-side experience.
Claire Vetter
Executive Assistant
Claire graduated from Saint Mary's Central High School in Bismarck, ND in 2022, and is currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Marketing. Claire grew up in an entrepreneurial family, helping regularly in the family business. She was hired in 2023.
